General Questions

Do you do same day site visits?

The nature of our job requires us to schedule many of our projects in advance of several days to several weeks. That said, we understand that some of our clients may require our services immediately. In instances such as those, we go to great lengths to schedule ourselves at a time most convenient for the client.

How can i get an estimate?

We price our services in accordance with the standards of our industry, ensuring no client is left feeling surprised by the final invoice. We perform some jobs for a lump sum, while we charge by the cubic yard for others.

Before offering an estimate for our services, we ask our clients to provide us with as much information as possible about the nature of the project.

is my project to small or too big?

We like to tell our clients that no job is too big or too small for our demolition company. We will inform you of the services available to you during your no-obligation consultation.

Which communities do you server?

We believe in going the distance for our clients. If your upcoming construction project falls in or around the Jacksonville, St. Augustine, and Fernandina Beach communities, we invite you to contact us.

Should I get my neighbors involved?

We advise our residential clients to notify their neighbors and discuss any individual or shared concerns.

Will there be damage to my property?

We take precautions to ensure that we only break the ground we intend to break. Our years of experience minimizes liabilities and gives clients peace of mind.

How do you know how to avoid utilities underground?

We do thorough research prior to excavating near utilities such as wiring and pipes. In most cases, the underground utilities are the responsibility of the utility companies themselves. We will contact the companies so they can mark the location of the lines for ourselves and the property owner.

Are you licensed and insured for this work?

Our crew members are licensed, bonded, and insured. Aside from extensive on-the-job experience, our operators also have undergone extensive general heavy equipment training.

Where does the dirt go?

Upon request, we conduct proper disposal of all unwanted debris, soil, and other excavated materials. We take contaminated dirt to special facilities for incineration and often use uncontaminated topsoil to cover landfills and other sites.

What equipment does your company have?

Our primary piece of demolition equipment is the excavator, but our company owns and operates many auxiliary vehicles from dump trucks and dumpsters to wheel barrows and our own hands. Whatever we need to get the job done.
